When will my order arrive?

Each gift is made to order. Production and shipping times depend on the product and delivery address. Check the Shipping Time information on this page and our shipping guide for estimates.

Holiday demand and carrier delays can affect delivery. Please order early for Christmas; estimated dates are not a delivery guarantee.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email cs@gikhome.com within 2 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. After that window, changes and cancellations are unavailable. Read our cancellation policy for details.

Email cs@gikhome.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Submit your claim within 30 days of delivery or 45 days of ordering, whichever comes first.
