Care Instructions
Hand wash or gently machine wash with cold water and like colors. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry at high heat. Lay flat or hang to dry naturally. Wipe clean with a damp cloth when needed. Store in a dry place when not in use to help maintain the flag's color and appearance.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email cs@gikhome.com within 2 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. After that window, changes and cancellations are unavailable. Read our cancellation policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email cs@gikhome.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Submit your claim within 30 days of delivery or 45 days of ordering, whichever comes first.
Eligible issues are handled with a replacement or refund, without a physical return. Personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. See the full refund policy.
